Beer Cocktail

A Refreshing Beer Cocktail with an Italian Twist!

Refreshing might actually be an understatement for the beer cocktail. Made with crisp and fruity grapefruit Radler and classic Italian Aperol bitters with hints of orange and rhubarb served in a chilled glass make for a perfect combination of flavours. A great beer cocktail to jazz up your craft and make a good beer a little more sophisticated 😉

Beer Cocktail

If you’re interested in what I’ll be drinking on Super Bowl game day, look no further! Though I always gravitate towards wine and more recently cocktails, I do love my beer and to me nothing beats a refreshing Radler…except this! Inspired by a beer cocktail I saw recently that was made with Campari I knew I had to try something similar for myself. The Aperol did not disappoint with this beer cocktail. Hints of orange and rhubarb and a little sweetness mixed with the grapefruit of the Radler are a seriously good combination.

It might be mid January but I will definitely be looking forward to this drink throughout the year and especially in the summer with a nice chilled glass. Ahhh…take me there any time now please!
