KETO - LOW-CARB - REFINED SUGAR FREE - GLUTEN FREE

Ok I know, nothing new and exciting here Tanya (insert eye roll) We’ve all seen this one before. I know I definitely have but I like to think I’ve taken the best of what I’ve seen and compounded them into one EXTRA amazing Everything Bagel Spice (I should change the title, hmm). Not to mention making your own is WAY cheaper and handy since I have yet to see it in the shops here in Canada.

If you’re living a ketogenic lifestyle like me, you’re probably pretty satisfied with your day to day. There really isn’t anything that I’m just dying to have that I can’t now, but if I were absolutely forced to make a list, you can bet that a fresh baked everything bagel would be near the top of that list.

When I initially thought of putting this recipe together I really only had it in mind for sprinkling on my avocado – silly me. I literally sprinkle that sh*t on everything now. Fried eggs, deviled eggs, poached eggs, avocado, avocado toast, guacamole, veggies, cream cheese, fish, meats, chicken wings, I could go on.

I usually buy my spices in bulk but this recipe will give you a good sized jar that should last awhile, but you could always be like me and make some for your friends too, because sharing really is what it’s all about. Amiright?!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion

2 Tbsp Dried Minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

4 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

2 Tbsp Kosher Salt

2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all to the spice jar of your choice and shake or stir to blend.
