Healthy Feta Yogurt Dressing

This Healthy Feta Yogurt Dressing is great to make ahead and keep in the fridge for use for the week. Perfect with salads, zoodles, chicken, fish and beef! Made with clean, wholesome ingredients, you don’t have to worry about unwanted additions to your usual store-bought dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups of Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup of Crumbled Feta
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp of Fresh Dill
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (keep in mind, the feta will add a saltiness so use to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well combined – You may want more feta chunks in yours, if so just pulse until combined
