A step by step guide on how to arrange a fruit platter to impress your brunch guests! Made with beautiful fresh fruit, and a creamy delicious ricotta yogurt dip.

Ricotta Yogurt Fruit Dip

  1. Wash all of your fruit that needs to be washed and prep according to list above
  2. In a blender, add all of the ingredients for the ricotta yogurt fruit dip and blend on low until fully combined and creamy, transfer to a bowl and put in fridge until ready to plate
  3. To cut pineapple, take quarts and run a knife between the skin and the flesh, then cut into slices forming triangles that stay within the quarters
  4. Cut the melon halves into large medallions and then cut medallions in half, using a knife to trim out the seeds
  5. Take half the watermelon and cut into large medallions, cut medallions in half and then again into triangles
  6. For the blood oranges you can chose to cut in half and use as more of a garnish like I did, or make them easier to eat and cut into wedges
  7. Cut kiwis into halves
  8. I use a small heart shaped cookie cutter to make heart shaped strawberries and put three hearts per skewer but if you don’t have a cookie cutter you can halve them and put them on as is
  9. Start assembling your platter, using the pictures as guidance OR do so using your own flair!
